Shipping & Returns Policy

At A1 Tooling, we are dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is convenient and stress-free. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process with the following guidelines:

*Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on all orders with a total weight of 5kg. Should the order be greater than 5kg we charge a flat rate of $50.

Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a product. We are open to processing a return, but we reserve the right to decline it if it does not meet our specified criteria.

• Items should be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
• The product must remain in saleable condition, meaning it should be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
• Return postage expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that our 30-day return policy does not cover special order products or items that need to be back-ordered from a supplier.

Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you must return it at your expense. Ensure that the product is securely packed and sent via registered post to allow parcel tracking.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the product until it reaches our facility, and tampered products cannot be refunded. Additionally, postage costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Defective Product Delivery If you receive an item that is of unacceptable quality or arrives damaged, you may qualify for a full refund, replacement, or repair of the item. We are committed to resolving such issues to your satisfaction.

In case the product you received differs from your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for returning the product. You can choose between receiving the correct product at our cost or obtaining a full refund.

If the product you received is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and a description of the item’s condition. Depending on the Manufacturer’s Policy for the product, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement
• Refund for the product
• Product exchange

Refunds For all returns, please ensure you contact us for confirmation before sending the products back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected. We will only issue a refund after we have received and thoroughly inspected the returned item.

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
• Items must be in resalable condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
• A valid proof of purchase must be provided, or your return request may be denied.
• “Special Order” items, not part of A1 Tooling’s core range, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please ensure that returned products are well-packed to prevent damage during transit, as they remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
